How do I cancel or request a refund?

Your cancellation process depends on when you subscribed:


If you subscribed before May 7, 2024 (Stripe)

You can request a refund or cancellation directly in the My Place app:

1 Go to Account settings

2 Tap Subscription

3 Select "Request refund" or "Cancel subscription"

We'll review your request and get back to you.


If you subscribed after May 7, 2024 (Apple in App Purchase)

Apple handles refunds directly. Here are two ways to request one:

Option 1: Online (easiest)

1 Go to reportaproblem.apple.com

2 Sign in with your Apple ID

3 Find your My Place subscription charge

4 Select "Request a refund" and choose your reason (e.g., "I didn't mean to subscribe")

Option 2: From your iPhone

1 Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions

2 Tap My Place and select "Cancel Subscription"
